10 Glampings

The first stage of MadreXelva will consist of 10 units, each with a land area of one thousand square meters. These units include a family eco-accommodation with an 8-meter diameter dome, accommodating up to six people, and an eco-accommodation with a 6-meter diameter dome for couples.

Includes: furniture, king-size bed, bathroom, lighting, and everything you need to enjoy nature.

Acquisition Models

Acquiring in MadreXelva includes the land, the eco-accommodation, and its equipment. Additionally, a management company will oversee the project, so you won't have to worry about maintenance and everything that entails.

You can be the owner of your glamping and use it whenever you want. The rest of the time, it will be rented out by the management, and you will receive a share of the rental income.

Acquire an eighth co-ownership of your glamping and have access to it for 6 weeks per year, as well as a premium week every two years (Easter, Spring Break, Christmas, New Year's).
